nutritarian diet meal plan Tofu Cutlets - Easy Breaded Tofu Recipe

This is my version of a chicken cutlet. These tofu cutlets are super easy to make, very tasty, and unlike chicken, these are actually healthy and cruelty-free.
Serve it with some veggies and potatoes or grains. Or try it in a wrap or on a sandwich. Or if you are like me, you will just enjoy snacking on it cold. This is great to make a batch of these and have them there and ready to eat during the week.

Ingredients-
-2 packages of Extra firm tofu
-1/2 cup bread crumbs (I like looking for a low sodium one, most bread crumbs have way too much salt, the Trader Joe's organic bread crumbs are good)
-1/3 cup nutritional yeast
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 & 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
-1 & 1/2 tsp 21 seasoning salute (found at Trader Joe's)
-Salt & Pepper to taste
*If you don't have 21 seasoning salute, you can just use 3 tsp of all purpose seasoning, or use any kind of mixed seasoning you like.

-Cut tofu into slices. I like the slices a little thicker, but Eddie likes them thinner, so it's all preference.
-Dip tofu in breading.
-Put tofu on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
-Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. 15 minutes on each side.
